Attorney Profiles

SYLVIA K. RUTKOWSKA was born in Poland and was admitted to the Bar of the State of Connecticut in 2009.  In 2010, she was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York.  She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Connecticut in 2003. Ms. Rutkowska graduated cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2008 and was awarded the New Haven County Bar Association Public Service Book Award, the Judge F. Owen Eagan Annual Book Award, Service to the Law School Award and the Service to Community Award. 

Ms. Rutkowska joined the firm in 2010 as an associate attorney. She is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association, the New Haven County Bar Association, the Hartford County Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association.   She serves on both the executive committee of the Young Lawyers Section of the Connecticut Bar Association as well as the Quinnipiac University School of Law Alumni Association.   She also co-chairs the Litigation Committee of the Young Lawyers Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.

Ms. Rutkowska practices in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury and probate.  She resides in Middletown, Connecticut.
